Will there be a hairdryer?

Yes, a hairdryer is supplied in each lodge.

Can we go straight to our lodge on arrival?

Yes please go straight to your lodge on arrival, Rowland or Rachel will come to your lodge to welcome you to Stretton Lakes.

What time can we arrive?

Arrival time is from 2.30pm

What time do we depart?

Departure time is 10.00am on the morning of departure.

Have the lodges got Wifi?

Yes, each lodge has its own Free Wifi.

Have the lodges got DVD players?

Yes, all lodges have DVD players.

Do you accept pets?

Sorry we are unable to accept pets.

Is bedding included?

All Towels linen and Bathrobes are included.

Will the hot tub be ready for our arrival?

Due to Health and Hygiene regulations the hot tub water needs to be changed on a regular basis therefore we cannot guarantee the hot tub will be at full temperature at the time of your arrival

For Tescos delivery what address do we use?

Please use Stretton Lakes, Stretton Lodge Stretton Oakham Rutland LE15 7QS and put your lodge name down as the “Property Nickname”

Can we have some directions?

For sat nav use LE15 7QS, this gets you to stretton village head toward Clipsham Village we are on the left halfway between the two villages.
